Brandon area Pediatrician

Hi ladies.  I'm looking for any recommendations for pediatricians.  I'll be delivering at Brandon regional and there are about 20 different pediatricians associated with the hospital and have no idea where to start (nearly all covered by insurance).  Thanks.

    When are you due? I am delivering at Branodn as well!

    DH and I are going to use Dr. Brent Mook Sang. His office is right off Parson's before you get to Campbells Dairy Isle. DH has a huge family w/ lots of kids and they have all used him and LOVE him. And he speaks very good English lol! I think his office address is: 110 S. Parsons Ave 33511. Good Luck!

    I'm due the 27th of Dec but we'll see if he comes early or late.  I know exactly where that office is the Dr's.  My Dr's is off of Parsons as well so not too far.  I will have to look into him and thanks for the recommendation.  When r u due?

    My Dr. office is right down the road as well. I go to Pitts, Barron, Arnold..ect.....I think it's Tampa Bays Woman Care..Anyways..Baby Kyson is due Jan 5th but Dr. is saying he may come early because he's already a week ahead. Which DH and I are hoping for..the earlier the better as I am ready right now!!!! If you have a Myspace..check me out!

    dr. nancy silva of healthpoint is AMAZING!!!  they're located on bloomingdale and bell shoals in the plaza with walmart, publix etc. 

    the first place i tried over here was the PHA practice of jeansonne, hough, trublehorne etc....PLEASE don't go there!  they misdiagnosed my son left and right, wouldn't listen to me or take me seriously when i told them he was sick and he went for over a month with untreated milk and soy protein intolerance as well as reflux that required medication.  he went so long with an irritated gut that his bowel started to bleed!

    dr silva is kind and loving towards my boys.  she knows them quite well and they love going to see her.  she listens to my concerns and never makes me feel silly for calling, even if i am just being a nervous mommy!

    I delivered IN BRANDON and at BRH.. it is honestly the BEST ever! I went through several ped's and the BEST so far is Dr.Pelaez ( Dr. Bob).. he is right next to the hospital literally. email me at brittany1bravo@aol.com and I can give you his info.

    I will second Dr. Mook Sang. I went here as a child (since birth to 18) and LOVED this office. Dr. Mook Sang had just started when I left around 10 years ago. We loved him. I remember him being one of those doc's that doesn't give up on something. Very proactive. If he's anything like he was then...then he is the best and is who I will use too.
