Hey AZ mamas - let's try to get this board moving.
What do you do to survive the heat with your little one?
On the other boards all the other mamas are talking about going for walks or to the park - I feel we can't do any of that because it's soooo hot.
I guess we'll get to do that stuff in the winter though.

Hi! Your dd is so cute!
What do we do? Stay inside from 11am-6pm. : )
We go swimming in the evenings, or swing in the mornings. I cant wait to take her to the park and the zoo when it cools off a bit. Who knows when that will be though!
I used to nanny a year ago in chandler. In the summer I would take the kids (5yo and 1yo) to the Hamilton pool in the day time, they have slides and a baby pool. On fridays, theres a gymnastics that holds an open gym for a couple hours in the middle of the day for mainly 5yo and younger. They still have it each week. Both are great ways to have fun, stay cool, get some energy out, and let them play with others.
