Unionville school district residents

My DH and I are just starting to research buying a home in the Unionville school district and would LOVE some advice either on a realtor referral or what areas specifically are good for having young children and also for his commute to work in Newark, DE. Thanks so much!

    Hey There! I'm new to the nest, so sorry for the delayed response. I grew up in Kennett and work in Chadds Ford (live in West Grove)-- all within minutes of each other. UCFSD is a great school district- # 1 in the county, I think, as far as public schools go. If you need a realtor, my dad & bro are both in the business and in the area.
