This morning both girls pooped right before we left for daycare (this is an everyday occurance).  I changed Lauryn's diaper first.  Then I put her on my side and got Ava ready to change.  Well lauryn decided she wanted to be a part of this so she is crawling into my lap to grab the clean diaper under Ava.  Her head started to get very close to Ava's poopy butt so I am trying to put my legs up and move Ava to the side to kep Lauryn from getting too close.  It didnt stop her, she just kept wiggling closer and closer.  Poor Ava is being pushed all over to prevent lauryn from getting in her butt.  I had to call DH down to grab Lauryn away so I could change Ava.  I dont think he believed me until he came down and saw it.  Yeah, it was a funny morning.  Probably funnier to see it than to actually read it.  And no video camera as proof.

    Totally a story for Lauryn's baby book. I hear the day they sit together and pull each other's diapers off will be another.

    It gets better as they get older.  A few weeks ago I was changing DD's poopy diaper.  I opened it up, and looked around to make sure DS was nowhere near before I set it on the floor next to me.  When I looked he was playing in the toy box across the room.  In the time that it took me to open the wipes case and grab a wipe, he swooped in out of nowhere, grabbed the poopy diaper, and threw it at ME.  Needless to say all 3 of us went into the bath tub together.

    My DH has a twin sister and his mom loves telling me the story of when they were little they were supposed to be napping but instead had taken off their poopy diapers and wiped it all over each other and the walls.  And I know there are plenty more stories she is probably just waiting to tell me.

    Lovely!  My kids are usually in cloth diapers but are in sposies now b/c our washer is broken.  To my delight, today, DS had diarrhea while in the exersaucer and the disc below was a mud puddle for his happy feet.  After a hose down in the sink, DD crawled over and kept trying to grab his penis.  He's very protective of that thing so we had some tears.

    LOL my cousins (twins) ripped off all the wallpaper that was within thier reach when they were in thier cribs...
