We went to a birthday party there earlier this year (I think the one in Shrewsbury?). Henry liked it a lot, it was fun. Too far for us to go there regularly, but fun for a party.

My neices had their party at pump it up. They are 8 years old. But Jack and Emmy went and loved it. I thought they ran things well and all the kids had a great time.

That is where I am going to do Ava's. Was it big? I love that I don't have to worry about clean up, etc and that they provide everything. So easy.
We had David's in Shrewsbury in February. We've been to 2 other parties there too. It's SO easy for the parents. You just place your order and bring the cake and goodiebags. They do everything else and the kids have a blast. For David's party and one of his close friends' party, we encouraged the parents to jump and it was so fun for everyone. At the other girl's party, all the parents just stood around watching their kids and it was not as fun (but maybe I was just jealous because I wanted to go down the slide). We didn't have time to open presents, but I was OK with that. I took a picture of him opening each gift at home and used the pictures as the Thank You cards.

It was pretty big. They had the room with tables and chairs for when the kids had lunch/cake and where we could leave presents, etc. Then there were two different bounce rooms. We were in one for 30 minutes or so and then they moved us to the next room (I think they rotate parties), which was good because the kids didn't get bored at all. The bounce things themselves were hige - DH and I were on almost all of them with DS.

we have a similar type of place in NY/NJ and its SO much fun. I agree w/PP that its more fun when the parents get involved. Ours has a huge slide and I went to with B each time and I had a great time.
DD just went to her first party at PIU. It was very fun for her, but I don't know anything about the prices. . . I wouldn't be willing to pay much for the short amount of time they actually got to play.
Re: Anyone done a b-day party @ Pump It Up?

We have been to a ton of parties there and had Alex's 3rd party there. He LOVED it.
The kids all have fun, wear themselves out, and you don't have to clean up! I say go for it!

I had my son's 2nd birthday there and it was so much fun. We've also been to numerous parties at pump it up too...all of which have been great.
