Bored.. What did you do for Easter? :-)

DF and I went out of town to his parents' house and went to church with them on Sunday. After that DF's daughter came to his parents' house to spend the day with us (he had her in a past relationship, she's 5, and she stays with her mom so we go see her every weekend). DF and I hid her plastic eggs filled with candy and money while she peeked out the window haha. Then she searched for them and found them all, and we went inside to count her coins and candy.

Then we all ate this aaammmaaazziiinnggg lunch! BBQ brisket, cheesey potatoes, green beans cooked with bacon and onions, rolls, a fruit mix that DF's grandma made, and DF's grandma's bunny shaped white cake with coconut shavings on top. Omg I ate the entire day haha! AND I got to take home the rest of the cake which will be gone in a few days lol. DF's mom gave us an Easter gift which was a "Sleep Sheep" that makes noises like a HB, ocean, whale, and rain which I really wanted for LO! All in all it was a great Easter weekend!

    We woke up and went to the beach with the dogs.  My sis and her dogs came with us.  We then went to my fav bakery for Hot Cross buns and chocolate bread.

    We had my IL's, mom, sis, BIL and SIL over for Easter lunch/dinner.  Ham, mashed potatoes, corn casserole, veggies, salad, homemade rolls and tons of stuff for dessert.  My fav, strawberry shortcake.

    We went to church then had lunch with my family followed by dessert.  A little after 3 we went home & I worked on finishing up one of my painting projects outside.  Around 4 we left to go to his aunts house for Easter dinner & dessert with his family.  We watched the kids do an egg hunt & talked with lots of people we hadn't seen in awhile (including our cousin that's due a month after me w/ her 2nd).  We left there around 8 & just hung out at home the rest of the night.

    We were in Boston on our babymoon. We left Sunday morning and headed to NYC, where I got my new bra (see pp), had lunch with my friend, picked up our stroller, then went to DH's cousin's and dropped off cookies and home brew. It was a GREAT day.

    That sounds nice and productive! I bet that felt good finishing your painting project! :-)

    :-) Sounds good! DF and I wanna have our wedding around Boston. I've never been there and always wanted to go! DF has an aunt there so he's been a few times and loves it! A babymoon sounds nice for us but she's been slowly trying to come early since 25 weeks so it doesn't look like that'll happen lol.
