constipation! OMG. I hadn't gone in about 4 days and it was terrible. But finally, some relief this morning. Holy cow, I didn't think it'd get this bad!

    MW told me to take a colace a day to help keep me regular.  I took one every night with my vitamin and it worked wonders.  I did that for about 8 weeks or so.  One day I decided to stop and see what happened and I have been ok ever since.  My body just needed something to kick it into gear.

    Thanks for the ideas, ladies!

    I was downing bananas and fiber cereal like mad today. And I'm going to avoid using my zofran unless its an emergency, because that gives me wicked constipation!

    Those things are great... but beware of the gas!

    Yep it sucks, I still get it quite often and haven't gone for up to 5 or 6 days which really hurts.  I tried to eliminate all caffeine but found that if I had 3/4 cup of milk (warmed in microwave) and 1/4 cup coffee that it seems to keep things moving.  Since I only drink it at work I find the weekends is where I am not going at all.  And YES I know I don't like to be that girl that stunk up the ladies room but I have learned to go whenever I can
