DH & I are considering a med free birth. Do any of you have suggestions for classes we could take in the area? TIA!

there are several Bradley method instructors in the area.

We gave birth at the Central Florida Hospital in Sanford. at the time, they were doing free birthing classes if you deliver there (or a small slide rule method fee). It wasn't for med free, but did go through from conception to birth (c-section, regular etc).
