Cost of Nanny/ Nanny-Share ?

Anyone with a nanny or in a nanny share, would you mind sharing what you're paying. We are looking into a nanny and need some data points. Thank you so much!!

(Our daycare center is not a good fit for DS at all so we are excited to be looking into other options :) )

    Nanny/Nanny Share it the most expensive option I found. Centers 2nd and in-home much cheaper. The Nanny Shares I found are paid by the hour and ran $12-15/hour.
    I am in the wrong business...

    My amazing in-home has spaces if you are near the Kentlands. $200/week.

    The Center we would use would be $400/week.

    www.dcurbanmom.com has a nanny survey I found very helpful.  I think it was filled out by members of the site and I'm fairly certain it includes costs.  If you read through the whole survey you can discover some of the hidden costs of having a nanny... paying for vacation days, sick days, paying taxes, etc.  It's an employer/employee situation and was more complicated (and way more expensive) than I thought.
    Wife, Musician, Fed, WW-er, and Mom of three little kids - not necessarily in that order.
