Fluidy bump on head?

I posted this last night but I think due to the holiday there were not many people onm.

I had a vaginal delivery, no vacuum or forceps. We noticed the bump right away and that it was squishy. The ped. said it was nothing to worry about, it was a collection of blood and fluid under the scalp but not in the skull.He said it would reabsorb over time. Since then it seems to be getting larger in size and is now about the size of an egg. DH and I are freaking out and worried because it is getting bigger. We go back to the dr. on Tuesday but I don't know if I can wait till then. Anyone know anything about this? It doesn't seem to be bothering her at all. TIA.

ds had two of these on his head. We said it looked like he had two boobs on his head. lol. poor guy!! We were freaking out. But dr said they will go down. I also had a vaginal delivery w/o forceps or vacuum. One is completely gone and the other one is much smaller. The one that is still here was always more egg like and harder than the other one. But it def got a lot smaller. How old is your Lo?

oh sorry I didn't see your siggy at first. It takes time to go away. But ds didn't get bigger. Are you sure its not your imagination that its getting bigger?
