Would you live with your parents?
if it meant they would help with childcare and cooking?
My parents just relocated to southern california for Norcal and brought up the idea of living with me to help with childcare. This would be temporary-at anywhere from 1-3 years until they are able to sell their old house and buy another.
The pros are obvious.
The cons, less privacy, longer commute for DH, have parents critique your parenting skills, etc.
