They pronoune it Mari-essa. (rhyme it with Barryessa) It's suppose to be more like Marie-ssa (like Marissa but with Marie instead, so a long e sound) Does that make any sense? We were stuck at the hospital FOREVER trying to figure it out. DH wouldn't let me name her Sarah like I wanted.
