MamaDep

I was looking at that Sit N Stand but DH didn't think Simonah would like it.  Does Faith sit in the back or front?  Is there enough room for her in the back?

Re: MamaDep

  • Faith sits in the back and I think there is a sufficient amount of room for her back there (and she's really tall!) When both canopies are closed, Faith can still see Max in his carseat since he faces towards her. She keeps a pacifier in his mouth, shakes a rattle for him, makes silly faces at him....

There are only 2 things that I'm not wild about....

    1) when Faith is in the back seat, her feet dangle in the basket underneath, which means I can't have much in there. (but I don't usually have much in there anyway).

    2) When we use the sit n stand option and Faith is standing up, anytime I move, I have to warn her I am moving or she "falls" off... (really, she just takes a quick step backwards but has never actually fallen off). I just try to be better at warning her that we're about to be on the move.

She is still getting used to the sit n stand option. I use it when we go to the park (and hope to make it to the zoo soon!) but not when we go on longer walks since I don't want her to be able to jump off while we are in an unsafe place for her to do so.

  • Those are things that DH brought up, but it sounds like it's manageable.  I'll see if we can test drive one somewhere.  Thanks!

  • I found mine on CL for $100 :)

And even with those 2 drawbacks, I still REALLY like the stroller.
