convertible fixed side cribs?

Do these even exist? All the ones I see only convert to a toddler bed but I want one to go all the way to a twin. I love the Kendall Crib from PBK but that only goes to a toddler bed as well

I have a madison life time crib by jardine sp? and it goes crib to toddler bed to ful size bed. The side is also fixed.

I guess I should've explained a bit better... I'm thinking of putting the crib out from the wall so I'm looking for one that doesn't have a high back but equal sides like this:

We are getting the Babi Italia Pinehurst. It is fixed side and goes up to a full size bed.

I was going to recommend this one as well. One of the models doesn't have a drop-side and converts to a twin bed.
