Hi everyone - hope that you are all hanging in there, and enjoying the day as best you can. It's been an emotional one for me. Too much time to think.
Wondering if anyone has any thoughts about working out post miscarriage? I lost a lot of blood during my D&C and am still bleeding moderately (D&C was a week and a half ago). But I'd like to start easing back into walking, and then ultimately back into more vigorous exercising (tennis, bikram yoga, maybe running again)
At what point did you feel like you could exercise lightly, or when did you feel like you could get back to your normal routine, esp. if you had lots of blood loss during D&C? I think exercise will help me keep my mind off things...

I lost a lot of blood also, when I checked in to the ER my hemoglobin was 12, after the d&c it was a 6!! I got two pints of blood transfused and I am currently on iron pills. I felt ok walking (not power walking or anything)shortly after a day or two, about a week and a half to two weeks post I felt almost 100% physically, now at 3 weeks post I feel 'normal' again.
Mentally I have better days than others, and tomorrow's going to be tough, but other than that I feel fine. ((hugs))
