FF mama's: How much is/did your 2 wk old eat?

I am just curious how much your baby was/is eating? DD2 is at about 2.5 to 3 ounces at each feeding and that is every 3-4 hours. TIA

    DS eats 3 ounces at least every 3 hours (although he's not quite 2 weeks)

    DD was eating about 4 ounces of pumped breast milk or formula every 3-4 hours. She hasn't changed since then except to lengthen her night sleeps (6-7 hours) and make her evening bottles closer together(1.5-2 hours) and we are all formula now.

    From what I understand this is based more on weight than age. My lactation consultant says they need 2.5oz per pound of weight. So I would multiply 2.5 by 8lbs to find out how much formula he would need to eat.

    Somewhere between 1.5 - 3 oz, depending on how hungry she is.
