We have 1600 sq. ft on three "stories." A two story house with a finished basement.

Our upstairs is 1850 sq ft and the finished part of our basement (exposed, so a lot of nice living space) is another 1250 sqft, so 3100 total.

1860 (not including the 1/2 finished basement). We have a 2-story as well.

Including the basement it would probably be approx. 2650

We just sold a 1476 sf ranch with no basement.

Our new house is also a ranch, 2555 sf upstairs and a 2156 sf finished basement. So 4711 total.

Triple the space. Crazy. I don't know what I'll do with all of it.

We have a ranch with a walk-out, partially finished basement. Upstairs, we have 2300 square feet and 1500 square feet finished in the basement. So we have around 3800 square feet of living space total.

1500 sf. 1story. I've never even seen a house w/ a basement. I don't think they build them out here unless it's custom. I think it would be cool to have the space.
