We walked to a little coffee shop downtown tonight for some live music after dinner since the weather is so nice and on the way there we passed this sort of skeevy bar, and there was a stroller parked outside.
I peeked in and sure enough - baby carrier in the bar, next to mom.
Re: I just saw a stroller parked outside of a bar
Ok- so I read that and automatically scrolled down to hit reply and then thought "damn, that sounds like Wisconsin"...
Checked and sure enough - a fellow Sconnie
Sad but true, that happens so much in our part of the world. Please tell me you at least live in an area with a smoking ban.
Ok - not funny then. I have no problem with babies in restaurants or bars as long as they aren't too loud and are smoke free.
That makes me really sad- putting your little one in that kind of an environment
I'm sure my baby will end up being a bar at one time or another with me, but everything here is non smoking.
ETA: Not that I will go out and get sh!tfaced with my kid. But there are some sports bar type places with really good food by us.
this was just posted on 2nd tri lol

People like that give Wisconsin a bad name. I can't wait till July, when the smoking ban goes into effect and I don't have to always worry about where we take DD when we visit.
