If I lived west of the river, I would go to Jard?n Magico. They teach the kids Spanish from birth so they grow up bilingual, serve organic food, and cloth diaper all the babies. (They have a diaper service, so you don't have to mess with it at all). I'm sure it's pricey, but my co-worker LOVES it!

You can obtain a list from the county and then call around and interview. Otherwise I have heard the montessori schools are great.
