Sewing Help Wanted/Needed--anyone out there who can tutor?
Hi there-
I recently purchased a new sewing machine to make some window treatments for my kids' rooms, but don't have the slightest idea how to set my machine up, or get started. The only sewing knowledge I have is my 7th grade home ec. class and I remember nothing from it! Is there anyone out there who would be interested in giving me a basic introduction? Or do you know someone else that may be available? I am a quick learn and I would happily compensate someone for their help and time.

Did you check the classes at JoAnn Fabrics or other fabric stores? They have a lot of classes in the past!
