How much did your LO weigh at birth?

Were they able to wear NB clothes?

If they did wear NB, how long?

We are team green this time, and I bought a few boy outfits and a few girl outfits, but I bought 3 month instead of NB because DS weighed 9lbs at birth, and didn't stay in NB clothes long at all...can't remember how long. I am not second guessing myself if I should return it and get NB because I don't want baby swimming in the 3 month clothes.

DS was 8.9 at birth. He was able to wear NB for about 2-3 weeks depending on the brand.

my DD was 8 lb 10oz. and almost 21 inches long.

She fit into newborn stuff, and some things still fit her (and some of her newborn pants are still a little big around the waist)

She is currently wearing a 0-3 month outfit and it is a little big on her, but I wouldn't necessarily say its swimming on her.

We actually wish that we kept a little more of the NB sizes (we also returned a bunch)

My guy weighed 7.14 but was 9.4 at his 2-Week appointment. He wore Newborn clothes up until about 2 weeks ago so probably for a total of about...4 weeks?

DD was 8 lbs 4 oz and was in Carter's NB for about 2 weeks. 3 month SWAM on her. She fit Gerber 0-3 right away because it runs small, but there was no way she could've worn Gerber NB. HTH

my daughter also was 8lbs 10oz and 21 inches long. she is growing at a good clip, but now at 1 month 1 week old, she still fits mainly in nb sizes. there are a few things that are getting snug, but 3 month stuff still looks pretty big.

8lbs10oz--was never able to wear the NB onesies, but did wear the NB jumpers (or whatever they are called--the zippered PJs with feet on them) for about 3 weeks. He was wearing the 0-3m within 2 weeks of birth.

8 lbs 6 ozs at birth, weighed 10 lbs 4 ozs on Saturday and she's still in NB clothing. She's just to the point where the Gerber NB onesies are a little snug and they run a bit small. We grew out of NB diapers about a week ago.

She was 8lbs 3oz at birth and wore NB clothes for a month. 3 month clothes are bigger than 0-3 month clothes also. DD didn't fit into her 3 month clothes until she was 6 weeks old.

DD was 8lb 13oz at birth, and she's still in NB clothes. Some of the footed PJ's are getting a bit snug, though.

DS was born at 8 15.5 so basically a 9 lb. baby BUT he is short.

He was able to wear newborn clothes for about 3 weeks, he wore newborn pants for maybe 5.

DD was 8.5 at birth but is a little peanut. As of monday she was only 9.5 and she is still in NB clothes. She was 20.5 inches at birth so she can't wear NB sleepers, but she is swimming in anything 0-3 months! I wish we had gotten more NB outfits and mommy and daddy do laundry about every other day!

My LO was 8lb 3oz at birth and weighed 8lb 9oz as of her 2 week check up on Wednesday. She is still wearing NB size clothing and even some of that is big. Carters fits the best because she is long, but she can actually wear the Gerber as well even though it runs small. Circo (Target's brand) seems to run big. She seems to still be swimming in a good portion of her NB size so we haven't even attempted her 0-3 month clothes yet. HTH!

DS was 8.5lbs & 20.5in at birth. we didn't buy any NB clothes and only had about 4 or 5 outfits in NB size given to us, we figured he'd be able to wear 0-3 with no problem. turns out we were totally wrong and had to go buy some more NB stuff because he's totally swimming in the 0-3 stuff.

he's almost 2 weeks old now and still wearing NB. the only 0-3 stuff that fits are the gerber onsies (they run super small).

My daughter was 8 lbs 5 oz and 20 inches at birth. Now at 2.5 weeks she is up to 9 lbs 10 oz and justoutgrew newborn diapers and her newborn clothes are a bit snug..but still fit! She swims in 0-3 still, but some smaller fitting s0-3 fits her. If you have a Sears, we but the Sears ( luv n cuddles) brand sleepers in size 1 month and they fit perfect!
