How many times do you pump a day at work? I don't have supply issues when it comes to nursing, but I don't get much when pumping.

I'm only pumping- and not back at work yet (I go back tomorrow), but I plan on pumping twice during my work day. I work 7:30 to 4. I plan on pumping about 5:30am and then around 10 and around 2 and then after I get home. We'll see if that actually works, though.
If you normally BF, I would try to pump as often as your kids normally eat.
Three weeks from today I want to go back, but I'm going to miss them so much.
I was planning on feeding them around 5:30, shower, then pump. Then pump again at 11 and 2:30 while at school. I have to be there from 7:45-3:15 (sometiems longer).

Went to work
Pumped at lunch
After work BFed and pumped right after
BFed them a dream feed
Pumped before I went to bed.
They took 2 bottles at daycare.
I'm a teacher too and tried sometimes to squeeze in a 2nd pump.
I also rented a symphony. It helped keep supply up but I did see a dip and have to start taking fenugreek
