GD question - what to eat an Italian Restaurant?

I haven't officially been diagnosed, but I might be next week.

Tomorrow is my sister's bday at an italian restaurant - any suggestions as to what I should order?

    My numbers have been okay with whole wheat pastas (if I stick to a single serving) or a thin crust pizza (with protein toppings).

    I've been good with a couple slices of pizza if I don't eat the crust, or 1/2 a personal sized thin crust.   Or a dish that's primarily protein

    ive been good with grilled chicken with cheese and veggies. nothing breaded

    I usually order a fish, veggies and a salad, and can have a piece of bread with this.
