FET u/s??

I am finally getting ready to embark on my FET and have a question. Our clinic originally suggested doing a mid-cycle u/s during a cycle before the FET cycle just to check and make sure everything is ok. We are planning on doing our FET cycle in June, so I called this month to schedule the u/s. The dr. has given me the option of skipping the mid-cycle u/s and just using the u/s during the FET to check things if I so choose. We are only dealing with male factor, I had no issues when we did IVF 2 1/2 years ago. My insurance covers everything. Would you do the u/s or just wait??
