Am I a bad mom if...

I don't buy DS an easter basket.  He has Soooo much already.  He obviously does not eat candy, and his grandmothers are both getting him easter baskets.  

ohh and I doubt he will remember the fact that he didn't get an easter basket for his first easter.

    We aren't.  My mom did and one of my dads employees did.  I think that's enough!

    We didn't for DS at this age.  The only reason DD is getting one this year is because DS would ask questions (he's 5) and I really don't want to come up with answers.

    We're not.  She's not going to care one way or another.   We'd be just doing it for ourselves and I don't care enough to spend the time on it.  We'll probably do it next year.

    we did... but more for the fun of it.. Filled with stuff he needs socks, books, puffs, sippy cup... and then I have will the easter basket for years to come. And of course I will remember that is was his first one.

    We did because we wanted to and had fun with it, not because we felt pressured!  He's also getting one from both sets of grandparents, his aunt and uncle, too...so, 4 probably.

    We just filled it with books, food, toy, bib, and clothing.

    Not at all.  In fact, this is only the second year DD1 is getting an Easter basket.  We don't let her have a lot of candy so last year she got just a couple eggs with candy.  DD2 won't have a basket this year.  I buy her things throughout the year and there isn't much she needs right now.
