Mommy and me classes

Are there any mommy and baby classes in the Twin Cities that you've heard of or ones you've taken and would recommend? Any area of the cities is ok.

what kind of Mommy & me classes are you looking for? we really enjoy going to MusikGarden but we also LOVE story time at the library

I guess I'm not really sure what type of class I'm looking for- just something that will get us out of the house for an activity that would be geared more towards Greta's age. What is MusikGarden?

MusikGarden is a fun music class where they play songs & dances. Aiden when when he was very little (last summer) but it is open to ages up to 3 (I think maybe 4) it was held at our local church. We plan to go back this summer.

Also did your hospital have any classes for you? I delivered at Southdale & they had a great Mommy baby class that met every week for 8 weeks we talked about everything. All the babies where all born at the same time

We took a ECFE baby class. It was fun to meet moms with babies around the same age.

check your local community ed dept. (ECFE) ours offers infant classes starting at birth and you can join anytime. they do movement, singing etc. and have discussion time for the mommies.
