Do most agencies have programs to help out the couples financially? We are going through our options now and didn't know if this was another possibility or not. Thanks!

My understanding is that most agencies offer seminars on financing adoption, but I?m not sure any really help with the cost themselves, outside of public adoptions.I know a lot of people save up the amount necessary for each stage/payment as they go along. Some families do fundraisers and some take out loans.I?m sure some of the other women here can offer other ideas.
Another thing to keep in mind is that there is a tax credit up to $11,000, which you can apply for after the adoption is finalized, if you qualify.
