I did the Shred a couple times this week and liked it. Its tough and I like that its quick.
However, some co-workers and I are doing the Insanity Beachbody Challenge - and that is outta control tough! I am very out of shape and hoping to see some good results. I recommend it. (Even though I am only on week 3!) I like that there is no "gear" needed. The workouts are between 35-45 minutes. I am dripping in sweat before the warmup is over!

It's about 25 minutes including the warm-up and cool down.
