ob referrals

Hi ladies!   My husband and I moved to the area about 2 weeks ago due to a military relocation.  So far we love it here, but I am having a bit of trouble finding a new ob/gyn.  I'm right at 23 weeks and have had a smooth pregnancy so far., but am anxious to find a new doctor so that I can continue my prenatal care.  I live in the Schertz area, so I'm open to any suggestions of dr's in surrounding areas, including the san antonio area.  Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!  Thanks in advance for the help!

Re: ob referrals

  • Northeast OB GYN has offices near northeast methodist and also northeast baptist hospitals. Pretty close to you. I see Dr. Sadler but all the Doctors I ahve ever seen there are great.

  • Thank you so much!  I'll look into them!
  • Are you guys active duty? If so, I would highly Dr Jaye Adams (female) at BAMC. She's great, she's staff, and she has twins of her own, so she can relate. She's actually pretty easy to get an appt with too.
  • We are active duty, so I will definitely look her up.  Do you know where she would deliver at?  I didn't realize that BAMC had an ob/gyn unit.  Did you deliver with her also?  Thanks again for your help!

Dr. Novak is awesome!  She personally called to check on me and answer  any questions I had instead of having her nurse call.  I also really like that they have a very useful website where you can request appts or ask questions online..it's really handy.

The staff is really sweet and they have wonderful hours.  They have a location in San Antonio and North Central Bap Hospital as well as another location in Schertz.
