Vodka Cake recipe

ok ladies - I must share this recipe with you!  I just made it for work tomorrow - we are having a party in celebration for Final Four weekend.

I've made this a few times and it is to die for......

and who doesn't like vodka??

1 box yellow cake mix

1 small & 1 large chocolate pudding mix (3.4 oz & 5.9 oz)

4 eggs at room temp

1 cup oil (I use canola oil)

1/2 cup vodka

1/2 Kahlua

1 container store-bought chocolate fudge icing

Preheat oven to 350

Combine cake mix, pudding mixes and eggs - mix with electric mixer until creamy.  Its pretty thick - that's normal.  Then add oil, vodka and Kahlua; mix until no lumps.

Pour into a oiled bundt pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes.  take out of oven and allow to sit for a couple of minutes and then flip onto the plate you intend to serve it.  While it is still piping hot, open the chocolate fudge and spread it on the cake.  It will melt into the cake!

you can serve immediately or when the cake cools......its also good cold!

Super easy and delicious!!!!  Enjoy!

    Delish!!  I'm making cupcakes for DH to bring to work tomorrow, and I'm wishing I had this recipe before they went into the oven.  But, to be honest, I probably wouldn't have sent them to work!  Wink
