  Super weird. Seems like a big miscommunication between healthcare professionals. I get how they'd think she was pregnant because of the pseudocyesis, but not to the point of actually performing a c section!

  Wow. This is crazy? If she believed she was pg, how about prenatal care? They would have noticed this. Or even an ultrasound.
