to have a m/c without the hemoraging and the big "gush" that i've heard so many talk about? I've been spotting red/brown for about a week with clots and what appears to be flesh (sorry...tmi). could this be my body's way of m/c'ing or is this just leading up to the big event?

i forgot to add at that the clots are relatively small, even though today they were bigger. they are also brown, if that makes a difference.

Definitely! My second m/c had no "gushing" at all. Everyone is different and depending on where you were in the pregnancy it will make a difference as well.

No gushing here.... either with my m/c. I feel like there are many many myths about m/c that just are not true and this leads most women to think well... if this or that does not happen then it must not be a m/c.. This is simply not true, many of us have had if you will "symptom less" m/c.
I had no blood, no spotting, no cramping. But still at 12 weeks no heartbeat.

I did not have a gush. I had what was like a heavy period flow the first day and then light- medium flow for about a week. The first day I also had bad cramping that lasted a few hours. It was basically like a bad period.
