daycare in St Paul/West St Paul

Hi! I'm due at the end of July and I'm just getting my butt in gear to look for daycare. I know, I know--I should have started AGES ago, but what can I say, I just didn't get to it. So anyway, I'm trying to find someplace close to home, which is in the Riverview/Cherokee Park St Paul neighborhood (on the bluffs). I think I'd prefer in-home day care; my only issue with a center is the price. 

Any suggestions?

 Is anyone interested in discussing a nanny share? (I have no idea how much this might cost)

I appreciate any help!

    How many days a week are you looking for daycare? I am due in September but I can give you a few nanny websites, I found some for very reasonable [less then daycares].

    I'm due in June and looking for daycare 2 days a week starting in September and would be willing to do a nanny share....let me know. Check out care.com, found a lot of nannies for around $10/hr.

     I don't think you're too late looking into daycare. Many of the in-home places I called want me to call back in June...but I think mostly because I'm looking for part time care and they don't want to book a part time spot that far out. Good luck!

    I might be interested in something like that. I'm due in late Aug. Don't know yet our plans but we will need at least part-time care.

    When are you thinking you would start. We are looking for a nanny right away starting in September. Or at least as soon at I have the baby.

    Wow, I really should check back more frequently if I'm going to post something! Anyway, I'm looking for full time care -- 9 to 6, 5 days a week. Depending on the situation my hours might be more flexible (which is why I'd really like to find someplace close to home). I'd be very interested in any nanny website suggestions.
