Kaiser has that Family First Program...or whatever it is called...where the consultant comes to your house and teaches you a little bit about babies.  They help with breastfeeding and come with little pamphlets on babies and raising a child and they talk about milestones for babies.  You get two visits.

Anyway, did you do this?  We have our first visit tomorrow and I am wondering if it was worth it for you.
