My first reaction was WTF but then I realized it's toddler formula. In other words, designed for after 12 months old when most babies switch to whole milk. So this would basically be a more nutritious replacement for chocolate milk for a toddler. Not that big of a deal really.
I would buy this. I have two very skinny kids. My DD was failure to thrive from 6 to 19 months. She weighed 19 pounds at 19 months and was on high calorie toddler formula. If she would have taken more of it with some chocolate flavoring, I would have given it to her. It is not for every child, but some kids need extra help.
My son is 12 months and drinks milk with carnation instant breakfast for extra calories when he is not BF. Not much different, just cheaper.
