Ouch :( I have a clogged duct
My usual remedies aren't working either. I am a nursing machine, have tried pumping, massage, heat... nothing is working and it hurts! It is also on the top of my boob (the two others I have gotten have been on the side) and it hurts to lift my arm. Anything else I can do?

ouch...I know you said you did heat but was it in the form of a warm shower...let the water fall on your breast ...hope it gets better..
