Since I have been MIA....
I have been walking daily - not eating perfectly, but doing ok. Today I am kickstarting back into high gear. I want to lose 5-7 lbs by April 30th (the date of my apointment to get testing started). I can do this!
So where are you ladies at?

hmmm....not exercising. Eating only creamy pea pasta as my allergies are being a pain and I have no appetite.
So i'm probably just chilling at the same weight. I'll jump on the scale today to see where I'm at.

That is a great way to look at things - I certainly have room for that in my wardrobe (as most things are a bit snug). I just really don't want to go to my Dr.'s apt and weigh more than I did a year ago - especialy since they said it would be smart for me to lose 10lbs. I've started to keep around nothing but either pretzels or Jolly Ranchers for those moments so I can't do much damage.
