moby hug wrap and back pain?

Hi,

I've just used my moby (in the hug hold) for the first time today, and am finding that it is really hard on my back. I followed the video instructions on the web page...any tips? My boy is 9lbs 13 oz. Thanks :)

    hmm, it shouldn't hurt. Perhaps it's not tight enough? It should be very snug, no sagging baby.  Also, make sure the fabric is completely spread out across your back.  Can you show a PIP? That may help!

    I agree about making sure the fabric is spread out.  You might want to have someone help you put it on the first couple times.  Even after using it for a while, I still sometimes get a twist in the fabric on my back that I have to fix.
