    I was in the hopsital and they started the pitocin during my induction.  It broke after that "on its own".  I thought I had peed the bed.

    My water broke spontaneously with DS #1 - on his due date!

    OB broke my water with DS #2 (scheduled induction).

    I was 9 cm. dialated and it was bulging.  The doctor had a really hard time breaking it and said that it was the thickest and most slippery bag of water she had ever broke...haha!
