I just posted this on 6-12:

DD will not sleep. She hates sleep. But, I really, really don't want her to cry it out. She just did for her first nap today, and I feel so bad for her. She is still sniffling in her sleep. We are having this problem night and day. Would you ladies recommend No Cry Sleep Solution or No Cry Nap Solution? Does NCSS cover naps at all?
Re: NCSS or NCNS?
There is some overlap. Here are some good websites about sleep. Also, even Dr. Sears says that letting a baby CIO alone and with you in the room is totally different and if necessary.
Someone also posted a link to a website about that. I'll try to find it.

Seems like NCSS covered naps. I didn't read NCNS, so I don't have a comparison. I think the information would be the same.
By the way, I found "Good Night, Sleep Tight" really helpful. It helped us get on a nap schedule which made SUCH a difference, not just to her napping but our family quality of life.
this exactly!
