So what are you gals making for Easter?...My mom is handling the meal so I'm going to make all the munchies. So far I've decided on my potato dip and deviled eggs w/ crumbled bacon on top. I want to make one more dip or snack...any ideas?

I just made this last weekend when we celebrated an early easter and everyone asked me for the recipe. My recipe is a bit different though. I add cheddar cheese, more cream cheese, homemade ranch, & 4 chicken breasts diced.
Guacamole is always a huge hit. Veggie trays are easy. Fruit platters always go over well. For something like Easter, if you would like to something different & classy, Asparagus Straws are amazeballs
Here is a recipe that is the same thing I'm talking about:

My go-to snack is brie cheese and crackers. I get a wedge of brie, cut it in half horizontally (so there is a top and bottom) spread fig jam or strawberry jelly in the middle, then put the top back on and bake until melty. I serve with water crackers.

Oh, this sounds amazing! Very simple, but very chic

Oh here, I just found this one. It gives you the recipe to make a larger portion and just so happens to talk about it for Easter.
