Where did/are you buying bedding?

Curious where everyone is having luck with bedding.

Re: Where did/are you buying bedding?

  • I love target's stuff!! Its affordable and too cute so Target all the way. Plus, I'm not spending 500 dollars on bedding that can be used for a crib only.

  • Plan on registering for mine at Pottery Barn kids.
  • Mine was from Babies R Us. We wanted something gender neutral and not really childish. We got the Arctic Babies pattern since I LOVE penguins. I adore our bedding.

  • Got ours from amazon.com 89.99 $107 total with shipping..13pc set..very good quality. All new :)

We purchased fabric from Joann's and my mom and sister (who have a sewing/ monogramming side business) are making the bedding.
  • We got ours from Pottery barns kids.
  • Baby Depot (Burlington Coat Factory)
  • EBay!  I got a 9 piece set for $50, including shipping.  It's brand new, unopened!

  • Well, I have bedding picked out at Target, but I still cannot make up my mind about what I really want. I really like some of PBK's stuff but it can be pricey.

  • I had narrowed it down to one at Pottery Barn Kids and Target. In the end I got the one at Target.

I'm getting mine at Walmart. Some of their styles are the exact same as BRU, but at least $20 cheaper.

  • So this is gonna be a dumb question, but when y'all are talking about bedding, what does "bedding" consist of - sheets, a quilt, what else??   I feel like I'm missing something.  The baby can't have pillows or even a blanket in the crib, so what else is needed with this whole bedding thing?

  • its basically comforter, sheet, dust skirt, or valence, bumper rail, and that kinds of things you  get more if you get a bigger set...... and i got my from jcpenney they were having a sale... its safari... $150 set got it for $50
  • Bedding-  sheets, bed skirt, blanket.  The blanket is cute and I'll hang it somewhere in the room and use it for tummy time or something like that.
  • mine just came in the mail today from pottery barn kids. It is so cute. I am super happy with it and the quality.

  • I really wanted lavendar separates and I finally found what I liked at https://www.surfsidebaby.com/.  I got plain lavendar sheets and a crib skirt that is lavendar w/white polka dots, all very simple stuff.

They're actually for DD.  She's moving out of the nursery and into a crib in her own room.  I got bedding for her crib and for her big girl bed all at the same time (her big girl bedding is from Land of Nod).

I'm super anti-bumper and anti-quilt for crib bedding and I really only wanted to spend $$ on what I'd use.  I fell in love with a set at Baby Gap but they would only sell it as a set; Surfside Baby came through for me.
