For the last week G has woke up around 3 to 4. I have been feeding her and she goes right back to sleep. I have been giving her 6 oz. before bed. I wonder how long this will last!?

She may be going through a growth spurt and hopefully it will pass soon. Aaron had a similar stage?plus it's around the time of the "4 month wakeful".
If you're willing to try this, start filling her bottle with 7 oz at her bedtime feeding and if she wakes at 3, try to soothe her back to sleep without a bottle (but have one ready in case it doesn't work). It may be habit for her to wake and she may not truly need a feeding.
Aaron takes his last bottle (usually 7 oz but sometimes takes less) at 8:30 pm and he may semi-rouse once or twice a night for his pacifier, but otherwise sleeps until 6:30 am (give or take 30 minutes).
