    There are many, but basically just using sleep techniques that don't include CIO.  No Cry Sleep Solution is a good book to start with!

    I was just reading about these the other night. It seemed that mostly you pick your baby up and comfort them rather than letting them cry for x minutes, sooth, and repeat. However, I could be wrong.
