Visiting: Who spotted after an internal? Need reassurance...

Hi there alides! hope to be joining you all soon! Just wanted to check that spotting after an internal is normal right?  I had it at about 8:30 this morning. There was no progress, boo!  Started spotting dark brown/dark red around 11:00 today.  DH and I had some "fun time" when he got home from work per my dr's orders so I know that didn't help things in there probably. Still spotting some dark spots/small tissue looking bits, etc in addition to brown discharge. Does that sound normal/okay to you? Just wanted some reassurance... Thanks!

    The few times I had a internal exam I always spotted, they told me it was normal and to not worry, and twords the end of my preg any fun time always had a little spotting afterwards. As long as its not red blood and theres no cramping you should be fine!

    I spotted after all 3 of my internals.  Sometimes it would last two days. As long as it is not bright red and heavy you should be fine.

    Spotted after all of mine and the last one I spotted just like you explain and went into labor two days later! Good luck-it may be a sign of things to come!
