Potentially really stupid question about discharge

I've noticed over the last few days my discharge has become a lot more watery. I don't believe it's my water but it did get me to thinking.... would it be possible for your water to break (and come out) without your mucus plug coming out?

    I'm no help, but can relate. I thought I sprung a leak since it's watery ALL the time. It's been this way for 3 days now so I'm sure it's not my waters.

    My water broke with 1st and all came out... but I never noticed my mucus plug... maybe it came out and I didn't know?

    It would be possible to be leaking and not know it.

     With PG#1 I leaked the entire time and only knew it bc of U/Ss. I had a lot of watery discharge. Also you can be losing bits of your MP and not be aware of it if it's coming out in small pieces with your pee.

    Unlikely, but it can happen.

    I've been leaking amnionic fluid for 6 1/2 weeks and have not lost my MP.  Totally possible, esp if it's just a leak and not full out breaking.
