Round Ligament Pain

Owwww! I'm 18 weeks and having from what I've read online is round tendon pain. It sucks. my back and hip flexors hurt and I cant take the amount of tylenol I would need to stop the pain.

Anyone going thru this and know of any remedies that are non-drug?

Yoga?

Not sure where you are, but I do pre-natal yoga at Mary Birch once a week. It's helped a lot with the RLP.

If you are having a lot of discomfort, you can also request a physical therapy script. Make sure you head to a women's health physical therapist who does hands on work!
