taking BM with me tomorrow...question

I'm currently thawing out some pumped BM to take with me because DD has her 2 week appt tomorrow and I have a few other errands to run while we are out so I need to take some with us.  Do I need to take a small cooler to keep it in until she needs to eat or can I just carry it in her diaper bag and it be a regular temperature.

This is the first time I will have to feed her while out so forgive me if this is a dumb question.

    BM can be kept unrefrigerated up to 4 hours.

    This is the info the hospital gave me:

    Fresh BM:
    Deep Freezer at 0 degrees or below: 6+ mos
    Freezer attached to fridge at 0 degrees: 4-6 mos
    Refrigerator at 32-39 degrees: 8 days
    Room temp (66-72 degrees): 10 hours

    Thawed BM:
    Do Not re-freeze!
    Refrigerator at 32-39 degrees: 24 hours
    Room temp (66-72 degrees): 1 hour

    I would keep the bottle in a cold pack if you're going to have it out for more than an hour since it is thawed milk.
