HELP PLEASE!! What is this pain?

I was cleaning the house today and all the sudden I started having a Constant throbbing pain on my right side. It almost feels like its on the inside of my hip going into my abdomen and back right side. When I push on it or move my leg it hurts even more and It hurts so bad a can't even stand really. Has anyone else felt this before? If so what is it? And how the heck do I make it go away? :(

    I wanna say that sounds like RLP..since I had mine kind of in the same area..mine woke me up at night and I rubbed it..it hurt to roll over but I tried to roll off the side in pain it went away then came back then went away..havent had it that bad since..

    I have had RLP once and that was at 26 weeks. I have been straining myself i guess today but I thought that I would be fine. then all the sudden this pain came on.

    It sounds like you might have overdone it cleaning and pulled something (RLP).
