I'm just not into it at all. DH is like a 16 year old wanting it all the time and I am so not interested. Things were great before Cora but now all I can think about is getting it over with so I can get some sleep. How about you ladies????

I know this will so not be helpful to you but I'm more into it than ever. It really helps if we try to do it sometime other than evening when DS is napping. I'm relieved, because after 10 cycles of TTC than pregnancy, it's been almost 2 years since I've been interested in sex. It's probably because sex is finally for just being close with DH instead of trying to make a baby or just make DH happy.

I am with you 100% and to be honest with you it worries me!!! DH has been really supportive, but I feel awful about it. I love him more then ever, but I have no desire to do anything!

I am still breastfeeding, and I don't know if maybe thats why? Maybe I don't feel like a sexy mom, and I do feel more like a milk cow?

Ugh, sex. I'm so not interested. I'm not very nice in my rejections of DH's advances either. I really don't enjoy it.

For me I know that it is related to breastfeeding and the hormones...

I am just starting to get things back after a long 10 months of NO interest and NO enjoyment.

Same here. So. NOT. into. it. Really I feel bad for DH but I just am not. I also sometimes have the attitude of just getting it over with so I can sleep or get something else done. I think DH might feel a bit used now, like the only reason we were having sex SO MUCH before Eirik was just to make a baby...which really it was...but I think it spoiled him a bit much lol.

We had this happen after Aodhan though as well, so hopefully it'll get better again.

We've only tried it once pp and I re-tore my perineal tear AAAAGH! It was traumatizing and now I'm too scared to try again.

This exactly. We've done it (I think) one time in the 6 months of DD's life. How pathetic is that? Granted we've both been sick a ton this winter but still. I worry about the toll it'll take on us.

I think DH and I both want to but we can NEVER find the time. He works evenings, and the two nights we have off together are my work nights which = washing bottles, getting everything ready for the next day, and going to bed with DD (hopefully that last part will change soon, see my post re: Ferber below)...

So really the only time we have is Saturday and Sunday while Cora naps. It's hard to coordinate... I miss connecting with him in that way and I worry if this is bad for our relationship....

We're not back to where we were but we're doing OK. Sometimes all I can think about is the 45 minutes of sleep I'm not getting, but for the most part it's enjoyable. It still hurts a little though.
